Utterly useless , 6 weeks and two visits later , they?ve lost sensitive information I submitted twice and have failed completely to communicate !The attitude in branch is completely hit and miss , some are relatively knowledgable ( but ineffective) and others completely uninterested . Thank god it?s not my bank . Mine would be ashamed to be so useless.I will be taking the loss of my private sensitive information further .

Was helped by a young lady who helped me pay into an account when I opened an account online the same day, so I had no card yet or any information about the card details. You just need your personal details like, name, date of birth and address, so easy!

Poor service. On 1st of June when I visited the branch, I was met by a young member of staff who invited me in one of the rooms, but, unfortunately, she never knew how to solve my problem. She then went to ask somebody. The problem was solved at last. It took her 15 min and all that time she was chewing a chewing gum!

Rubbish a large unit with two tills open (If you are lucky) The attitude of the staff is appalling,I had to pay in some bagged up,counted £1 coins and the staff member who was meant to be serving me ,tutted and rolled her eyes , probably because she had to get up off her chair
