Me and my 3 Year old had our hair done today Monday 15th with the lovely Lisa. My boy has had bad experiences with barbers, however Lisa made him feel relaxed and happy that he didn't even notice when she was cutting his hair.
I have been having my hair done by Lisa for a few years now and I cannot fault her, always surprises me with new styles highly recommend.

I had my hair cut at Salon 11 and received amazing service, an amazing hair cut and balayage. Would definitely go back and highly recommend.

I recently visited salon eleven and was extremely disappointed with the service. They charged me £20 for a simple straight haircut for my 4-year-old daughter. It wasn?t a layered cut or a fringe cut, just a straight trim of about 3 inches. The price is outrageous for such a basic service.
To make matters worse, the owner, a very rude Indian lady, had a terrible attitude towards me. Her customer service skills are severely lacking, and she made the whole experience even more unpleasant. I feel completely scammed and will not be returning. If you value your money and expect decent customer service, avoid this place at all costs!

Had to get new hairdresser to sort this out. She showed me the back which was not even and cut slanted.

Had my hair coloured by Lisa and am thrilled with how it looks! It looks brilliant. Will definitely want Lisa to do my hair again.She also did a great cut.The atmosphere was relaxed and friendly and Lisa is a very nice girl.Couldn?t get signed in on my account so I?m borrowing one to write this. Another lovely dye, wash, cut and blow dry today with Lisa. I?ve been coming to this Salon since it opened and love it, always a welcoming atmosphere as everyone is really friendly and you feel looked after and relaxed on every visit.
