My hairdresser was Diana and she did an incredible job. I had a lot of stubborn banding from a previous root smudge ( not from Rush). Diana took the time to understand my goals and what was achievable (SPOILER ALERT! i reached my hair goals) she was very patient and put a lot of time and care into it. I had two sessions with 6 weeks inbetween to really be safe as to not compromise hair that's already been bleached and I'm so happy with the results. I highlly recommend Diana, she is a perfectionist and amazing at what she does. All staff are kind and attentive , from the front of house right to the apprentices who always make sure I'm comfortable and have a drink. I won't go anywhere else now. THANKS LADIES!

Have come here for my haircuts for about 2 years. Lovely hairdressers, professional, clean and friendly. Usually see Molly, but was seen by Razia today and she was fab. Always a great experience.

Florentina, the hairstylist is amazing, professional and honest! I loved the fact that she helped me choose a hair colour for my hair type and pigment. She's teaching you how to manage your hair at home without pushing you to buy certain products. She was very kind, gives the most amazing head massage, and I love my haircut and hair colour! Thanks, girl!

Been going to Rush for a while now. Always love when Razia is available. She is amazing at colouring, and a great vibe always. My hair looks sensational and I will definitely be going back again to have her work her magic. Please never leave!

I booked an appointment in the morning for later in the afternoon I explained that she will only need it trimmed as she will wash her hair at home, walked in shop on time they wasn't ready (no problem) came back 15 minutes later, then watched as my daughter sat down the lady took my daughters hair in her hands then walked towards the lady at counter with a face like thunder, then the lady called me in I walked up there was 3 girls standing there looking at my daughter like she has 3 heads, insisting that she can't cut her hair unless it's washed. absolute disgrace think I was born yesterday, also there was children running around at 100mph. i said I will be giving them a review and here it is. AVOID.

Wouldn't recommend. My hair stylist Razia was very aggressive with my hair in everything she did. I told her numerous times that my hair is frail but she didnt seem to take note and continued to be very rough and brushed my hair from the root - it doesnt take a hair stylist to know you brush from the bottom up. She also brushed my hair whilst wet for the toner which I know is the process but should atleast be more gentle when the hair is in a vulnerable state. All in all im left cringing at the thought of how my hair was treated and am now concerned with the potential hair loss/scalp damage rather than enjoying my new hair colour - which also looks barely any different

Had an appt. for colour, cut and finish with Jade and can?t thank her enough for the time, effort and super skills she showed to perfect my colour and cut. She achieved the perfect match for me, but was honest and informative throughout the process so I knew what to expect.The entire team at the lakeside salon were so welcoming. 100% recommend Rush Lakeside and Jade! Definitely my go to from now on. Thank you for the wonderful transformation! :)

I've always been anxious about getting my haircut, but Belinda made me feel incredibly relaxed. She took the time to really listen to what I wanted, both cut and colour, even taking into account my own colour blindness.And then the results were fantastic! I couldn't recommend any more strongly.

Would not recommend going here at all. My girlfriend wanted to treat herself and get her hair washed, cut, and blow dried. Customer service wasn't great at all from Gabrielle. The water was boiling hot and then freezing cold, when washing her hair and shampoo wasn't washed out properly. Her appointment was for 1:30pm. She finished getting her hair cut at 3:30pm. The front of her hair was cut too short and too thick at the sides when just asked for it to be feathered in slightly, how it was before the cut. As she was blow drying her hair, she asked my girlfriend if she wanted it curly and my girlfriend said straight, yet she stil tried to curl it. She asked the stylist Gabrielle, if the length was straight and she said it's her fault as she asked for layers and then started chopping away at her hair after drying and spraying the hair with hairspray - Which was very wonkey at the back and not even feathered in at the front properly. Another stylist came over to tell her it needs correcting and started to show the previous stylist. This then had to be corrected after waiting 45mins for another hair stylist to correct her hair as my girlfriend no longer wanted Gabrielle on her hair. Yet left the salon with her hair still not been cut straight. This is a photo after her hair had been cut and corrected by another stylist in the hair salon. When we had to pay for their service, we wasn't given an apology or a percentage off the £60.00 - full price. This was a very time consuming service, which also left my girlfriend very upset with her hair. We then went back to a different salon to get the hair rectified - they were very shocked. I would not recommend this salon and if I was to, your workers need to be trained properly and qualified. If they already are, they deserve the sack. No one deserves to pay money for such an awful service and job.
