As much use as a chocolate teapot!
I’m trying to run a business. When I book my parcels in to be collected, 9 times out of ten they fail to turn up. Some of my boxes are quite large and when they are booked in for collection I have to give them the weight and sizes. Sometimes there is a knock on the door and it’s my usual postman with only his bag and then he has to ring grays to get them to send a van! Once I arrange a collection, I then contact my customers to advise them I have dispatched their item only for them to contact me to advise they cannot see that they are in Royal Mail’s system which then looks bad on me. They are all a total waste of space. If there are any Managers there, they all need training or just sacked. They are definitely not doing their job!!

If I could I would award no stars. They are utterly useless. Consistently fail to deliver mail and parcels with the excuse no one was home yet we stayed home specifically to receive the items. When you inevitably need to collect the items there's no parking space in the car park - all spaces used by staff - forcing you to park either in the town centre or on a double yellow line outside and risk a parking ticket. Royal Mail used to be the pinnacle of delivery options. They are now the least reliable.

The delivery couldn't be worse!!! My parcels have already been held for 6 days!!! and there is no information! impossible to get through!

How are you meant to pick up parcels with the worst opening times?! It?s like they think most people don?t have jobs to get to!They also don?t leave parcels in the ?safe place? when asked, they just don?t bother and leave a red card?.. EVERY TIME. Car park is too small, most the staff park there leaving not much space for customers to come in. Staff are rude and extremely slow.In future I won?t get anything posted with Royal Mail, because it?s just a waste of time.

Ordered a jacket 16 days ago next day delivery. When it came to it Royal Mail said incorrect address and sending back to sender. Sender never received it and Royal Mail have nothing to say for it!!!

You need patience when dealing with this office but once you have that they?re a brilliant and always polite and have good working ethics I?ve always left feeling good and with my parcels.

The laziest from entire country and liars as well....They don't deliver....and you gonna get email about unable to attend, address inaccesibile, sorry we'vr missed you....tens of complains...no answer ....it 's a joke this site....i'm sorry i can give -1 star to those guys....useless...it's much better if they close it....they complaining about wages....they don't deserve 1£/ h....useless.

Horrible delivery serviceAre they still on strike or what? Because it always feels like it.The postmans are never bothering knocking on the door or leaving the parcels in the mailbox- they are just MAYBE leaving a card.Not having a car and not leaving close by makes it really difficult to collect my parcels.I will start asking if online shops are delivering with Royalmail and I will just AVOID.ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!!

The car park is too small, as all staff park there.You only get post delivered once a month if your lucky, and when you pop in to collect it the staff are not helpful. Royal is has gone down the pan...... got a letter last week dated 6 weeks ago

Absolute shambles no delivery card and they appear to have lost my parcel despite having a tracking number saying they tried to deliver it but they still can?t tell me where it is. No apology all they give me is an automated customer service number.

Long queue as usual , been there a few times over the last few years. It's been same. Fairly busy. Takes at least 15 mins each time I have been there. Last time even longer due to tracking wasn't working and they didn't know where my parcel was. As usual, no apologies nor any courtesy. May be overworked staffs who lost their will....

If I could I?d give it 0 stars, continuously not delivering parcels not had any mail in over 3 months and expected them, makes out to make delivery attempt but don?t even bother or makes more excuses as to cannot get into the building when I?ve had parcels the same day, just excuse after excuse and they don?t do anything about the complaints either so there pointless!
