Very nice and clean restaurant. Food was nothing than excellent. Very friendly staff who served us.
Certain items was out of stock (food & drink) which was disappointing.
Do not take cash which is another disappointing thing, this is I believe is a company policy nothing the staff could do.

My first experience here was disappointing, and it?s unlikely I?ll return. I traveled a long way, only to receive poor service. The staff was unwelcoming, and we felt completely ignored. They passed by our table without even acknowledging us. While the food was decent, I?ve had better taste and quality at other locations. Overall, it felt like the staff wasn?t happy to have us there. I won?t be visiting this branch again.

Big thank you to the manager on duty Sunday lunchtime, my wife and l had a buyagift voucher which we were struggling to access the email which was needed to confirm the pin. Wife has tumor so brain not functioning as normal but manager to time out to assist us. Food very tasty

Ordered 2 lasagnes at £17 each. Not overally hot but warm enough to eat but there was only meat around the sides of the dish, nothing much in the middle, so much cheese and pasta, really heavy and a tonne of parsley over the top which I don't like, Not mentioned in the description. Tried to pick as much of it off as I could but the taste was still there. Really disappointed and the only thing the waitress did was offer us a box to take it home with us! The garlic mozzarella bread was lovely, as were the mac n cheese balls. The place was clean and atmosphere nice. Real shame as we drove up for a day of Xmas shopping and food.

What a great experience, been there today for quick lunch, great service from Ausra also from general manage, food was so tasty your beef with mash potatoes is outstanding, complimentary for chefs. Overall great meal during xmas lunch.

We recently visited Prezzo, and overall, it was a good experience. The food was delicious, and the dishes we ordered were well-prepared and flavorful. The ambiance was also lovely, with a nice interior design that made the setting comfortable and inviting.
While we enjoyed the food and atmosphere, the service could use some improvement. There was a delay with my coffee, and it took about 20 minutes to arrive. However, our server was very polite, apologized for the wait, and kindly offered us an extra drink on the house to make up for it.
All in all, it was a positive experience, and we appreciated the friendly gesture from the staff. With a bit more focus on timing, this place could be even better. Looking forward to visiting again!

Vegetarian spaghetti was just average - staff was the best part who I found very friendly.
Kid-friendliness: Kids are allowed and child seats are provided.

Food was average not the best. Service was very bad and rude especially the short chubby lady. I?ve been here a couple of times in the past and it?s been very nice. I think it might be under new management now as staff and food has changed.
