Nice clean rooms. Only issue was in room 120 the fan wasn?t working and the room become a sauna for us with a window that opens a few inches. Only had one bath towel for two people. Other than that was a nice standard room at a good price for the weekend.

Good if you?re going out late in the quay behind lakeside. We walked there from the hotel and got a short cab back. The room was clean and comfortable. It was actually cheaper than travel lodge even though it is nicer.

The hotel was great, staff was friendly... Room was great, for what we needed. We payed for breakfast, it was a huge disappointment. Food was cold, my dad and husband got coffee and it didn't even fill half a cup. the lady staff member was super helpful though, when my son got his pancake stuck in the toaster.

Great staff, clean rooms. Just forgot to ask not to be put on ground floor, always seem to have heavy feet above, young son struggled to get off to sleep.

We booked 2 rooms as we had an early morning (3am) flight. No problems with either room except the lack of cups/glasses, we had 3 people in one room and 2 in the other and only had 2 cups and 1 glass per room. Possibly could've gone to reception to ask for more but really couldn't be bothered after travelling 3 hours to get there. No problems parking, had a great few hours sleep and checked out easily enough.

This was a business trip whilst attending a training course nearby.The rooms were a good size, and other than the lack of air conditioning (the units didn't seem to work), my stay was a good one.Would use if attending courses nearby again.Rooms: Nice sized and clean. The beds were comfortable, and bathroom facilities clean (the shower was lovely).However, the room was far too warm the the air conditioning system didn't seem to condition the air in the room.Food & drinks: This hotel has a Brewers Fayre on site. Good food (had breakfasts and evening dinners there) at reasonable prices.

Good location near to all amenities. Stayed here several times with no problems but Aug Bank holiday stay was awful. Boiling hot room, no thermostat working, fan and window useless. Nearby festival goers in the block where we were, with our child, were noisy. Contacted customer services but not interested despite complaining at the time. Premier Inn we used to stay with you all the time but no more, you've let yourselves down this time.
