Went in pushing my lightweight electric scooter that I use as I have a bad knee from a motorbike accident and cannot walk long distances and need to get around, made sure there were no signs on the door forbidding them as they are stolen a lot around there if chained outside so I do not go in shops I cannot take it into as it's a lot of money for me, no signs so put the basket on the foot board and pushed it around the whole shop and was about to go to the tills and was told very rudely by a woman that I cannot have it in there and they have a 0 tolerance policy despite the fact there are no signs forbidding them and I had pushed it around the whole shop and was about to go to the tills before anyone confronted me, when I pointed out that there are no signs she got ruder so I dropped the basket and calmly walked out without another word, will not go back there, prices were still high and I went into other shops that do not care about the scooter and got what I wanted at a lower price, if you have a 0 tolerance rule put a nice visible sign at the entrance, and hire people who are not rude to customers.

I was in there yesterday. Huge queue and one person on the till. Also one woman directing people to the self serve machines. Why? Get rid of these things and hire a few staff members.
