I took my two children to the pets workshop today. We ended up being the only people to turn up for the workshop and had the most amazing time. Ella was amazing! She showed us every animal we wanted to see, my girls had cuddles with all the animals and even fed the fish. Ella took so much time with my girls and answered every question they threw at her, which was a lot! She was patient and kind and my girls had the best time. Ella was also very kind and gentle when handling the animals and obviously cares about them all. Thank you Ella for your time and patience. Pets at home are lucky to have you

My daughter had her dog booked in the grooming parlour today. They were already running 20 minutes late when she arrived. She was told the dog would take 2 hours to groom. After the groomers had finished they phoned my daughter to collect her dog. She said she would be 10 minutes. On her arrival to collect her dog the groomer really shouted at my daughter for being late, and was told the groomer had missed her lunch hour. They actually made my daughter cry. This is not acceptable at all. The groomers were the ones running late in the first place. We will never ever use this groomers ever again!! I will be taking this matter up with Head Office!!

brilliant service from Tom at Pets at Home. He was friendly , knowledgeable, and gave me some excellent advice for my new puppy. Tom explained the benefits of different products so I left feeling confident and prepared.

I visited the store today around 13:00 o?clock and Suzi welcomed me with a big smile. She was very friendly and happy to help me to choose the right food for my dog. She was professional and very polite. Highly recommend it !

My dog had a hematoma they wanted to operate emailed my charge just under £1600, money grabbing greedy barstards , we was actually talking about putting her to sleep... phoned Hill park vets at elm park got appointment for 3 ,they numbed it a little , muzzled her , got the blade gave a small incision, put a stent in now with the cone of shame cost me £117 .00 .. please phone other places.. pets at home you have lost your customer for good....

I forgot to change the location on my pets at home account and accidentally booked for Thurrock, It was a less than 48 hour appointment. It wasn?t until I got the Confirmation email that it told me it was Thurrock,, And not the area where I now live. I called the pets at home Thurrock first thing in the morning, but was unable to get through so I sent a WhatsApp message to the number that was advise, I Spoke with Emma and she was extremely helpful and completely understanding, She refunded my deposit straight away with no questions asked. Great customer service, Completely understanding that these accidents happen . Well done, Emma. Keep up the great customer service.??

Good range of dog food, equipment and anything a dog owner could need. The sales assistant told me about and set up repeated orders in my Pets at Home account on my phone. My only complaint and reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they were not selling any extendable leads but their own brand.

Came in today to get an idea on how to set up a tropical fish tank and what type of fish we could have. Ben was absolutely amazing ! He was with us for ages , and answered every question we had , he is very knowledgeable and helped us pick out everything we would need , what was necessary and what wasn?t. Couldn?t recommend more ! Very impressed with the amount of information Ben had and now we feel a lot better and more confident in what we are doing. Will definitely be asking for Ben when we?re next in store for some fish bits ! Thankyou Ben :)
