What ever you do, do not place an order from here for delivery. I am not knocking the Deliveroo driver as he only delivered what he was given to deliver. My partner placed an order for several items. One of which was a large bachelors super noodle pot, large one. This item was out of stock so an alternative was sent. I wish I had been there as I would have sent it all back, but long story short. They come in a large pot, small pot or a packet version. So why with only the large one being out of stock was the smaller one or even the packet one sent as an alternative. No someone decided, let?s send the curry one, which she absolutely hates. I know that they did not know this, but wouldn?t the sensible thing, and safest thing to do, be to at least send the same flavour item. Another item was strawberries, ok they didn?t have then so they sent grapes, green grapes. Well at least she likes them, but no, when they arrived, they had sent red grapes, again, something she does not like. This one though, I think is worse as it stated they were sending a certain item as an alternative, and didn?t even get that right as it was different to what they said they were sending. All in all a very bad experience. One item they did not have or send an alternative of, was a pack of rolls, but then again, I?m glad they didn?t, with their decisions, she?d most likely ended up with a bloody bar of soap. Not gonna do this again with Chadwell One Stop. Bloody useless.

absolutely horrible place workers don't pay any attention to you (easy to steal from) my sarah went into there today and was harassed by a worker as she was only wearing a bra and nothing else. NO NEED IS THERE????!!!! nothing else to say as this place should be shut down. mickey take ??

Local and convenient convenience store open til late sells almost everything you need as well as Alcohol, cigarettes, vapes, hot coffee and free withdrawals on the cash machine in store, another store that has friendly service they even helped carry my bags to my car.

Considering this is my local shop and have been coming here for years , all the staff are very friendly and polite apart from one young girl who isn?t very helpful.

Decent prices, but the shop has a huge turnover rate from all the staff leaving, so most of the time the employees are overworked and underpaid for how much work they're supposed to be doing.

Customer service is appalling. Every time I visit I am never greeted my the staff I am made to feel like I am not welcome. The manager himself is a joke and has no idea what customer first task second means. He often interrupts the staff while they are serving to have conversations. How can the staff be expected to deliver great customer service when he doesn't even have the basics of what good customer service looks like. Shelves are almost always empty the high turnover of staff is a joke. If I didn't have a physical condition that stopped me travelling further I would never visit this store due the lack of customer care. I advise anyone that has the means to travel further not only will you get better customer service you will also save money. One stop 1 star 0 if I could.
