Great customer service from start to finish and from all members of staff that we came into contact with. Food was great and I was really impressed. The lad welcoming us (permed hair) was really nice and made everyone feel welcome. This branch should show others how to do customer service. Will be back!

It was really busy had to queue for table but waiter said 20 mins so decided to take away and eat on tables outside on food court. By the time I was served people in front of me had been seated and another queue. I said to manager if I'd know it was going to be quick I would have eaten in restaurant as had a baby and teenager with me. He said no problem would you like a table now and found us a lovely one suitable for pram. Robbie his name the manager I think. Couldn't do enough for us attentive and helpful fast service with the food took deserves a mention. The staff arr always so happy and courteous there don't know how they do it with some of their clientele and so busy all the time!

We visited the restaurant on the 17th October for my daughter?s 15th birthday. Amazing food and excellent customer service by Breanna who was so kind to offer us starters due a 35 min wait for our chicken to get cooked. She made my family feel very valued and my daughter was very happy she chose the restating for her celebration dinner.

Visited Nando?s Lakeside-food court a few times.\\n\\nAlways nice food, I think it?s the only Nando?s which does the fully loaded chips, tried first time.\\n\\nOnly small problem is that the wash rooms are upstairs.

Been there few weeks ago, straight away got a table(normally Nando?s are busy). Served timely and great food. I am giving 4 stars because the members of staffs frequently ask us how is the food that makes us cares and looked after well.

Love coming here from time to timeLoved the qr scanning and joining of the queue as well as the notification at the end of it when it was our turn.Food is generally nice but sometimes they fail to ask whether how one would like their chicken cooked medium or well so sometimes ( it only happened once to me here) one might get a juicy chicken leg or a dry chicken breast so I think THEY NEED TO START PAYING A BIT MORE ATTENTION to that aspect of the service towards the public and their various own taste/preferences!?

Lovely food and great service, Three of us went and we paid separately. Two of us paid using the QR code on the table and one at the till. At the till a blue light card was accepted but on the app for blue light card it doesn't show Nando's as having a discount code so two of us paid full price. On realising that they do in fact accept blue light card I asked if we could get a refund. The manager was amazing and he refunded the discount for both of us who ordered using the QR code. Great service, he was pretty good looking too which made it an even more pleasurably lunch ;-)

I was in queue and was given table. When i went to order they were out of chickens and livers so i ask the staff what would you like me to order? And the staff member said idk. Why was i given table no27 and waiter in queue to get table as well as to order to waste my time. I felt like they just wanted to get rid of customers to close quickly.

My partner and I absolutely love Nandos - never ever had any problems. Staff were lovely, place was clean and no complaints upon first sight.Unfortunately towards the end of the day and all night we have found ourselves to have had very bad food poisoning.Very, very upset by this - as we have never had any problems with any of our many nandos trips.

Food was lovely but the service wasn't great. We saw our food was ready and it took 10 minutes for someone to bring it over. It wasn't busy, the service staff was prioritising non important jobs.

The food was really nice but we had to ask three times after a certain item wasn?t delivered, the girl didn?t seem interested and the manager for that matter we did get a refund on the item but would have liked it with the meal not at the end ,
