One of the best places for grocery shopping with all essential facilities under one roof. The store is spacious, clean, and well-organized. A great variety of fresh produce, bakery items, meat, and household products are always available.
One of the biggest advantages is the large and easily accessible parking area, which is free and well-managed. There?s plenty of space, even during busy hours, which makes shopping stress-free. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the self-checkout machines are quick and efficient.
The store also includes toilets, disabled access, baby changing facilities, and even a café for a quick bite. Definitely a convenient spot for regular shopping with a comfortable experience every time.

Used to love going into the local Morrisons in Grays. Something feels different now, and I can't seem to put my finger on it.

Just popped in to get some potting compost as the garden section is outside near the entrance, meaning you can pick it up,walk in and check out at the tobacco till...nice and quick, in and out ?

Parking meters often don't work. Looking for shopping carts is the norm. Large paeking is a plus.

I recently popped into the Morrisons store in Grays and had a fantastic experience, all thanks to the amazing Nikki, who I believe is the manager on the late shift. I was on a mission to grab about 50 boxes of water, but they weren?t on the shop floor. Nikki really went the extra mile to help me out. She quickly checked the stock room, found the pallet, and made sure I got exactly what I needed.
Her commitment and readiness to assist were truly impressive. Not only was Nikki super efficient, but she was also incredibly friendly and professional. She really showed what excellent customer service looks like, leading the way and ensuring my needs were met with a warm smile.
I?m really thankful for her help and want to give her a big shout-out for her outstanding service. Morrisons is fortunate to have such a dedicated and customer-oriented team member. Thank you, Nikki, and the whole team at Morrisons Grays, for making my shopping experience so enjoyable!

The staff specially in bakery section is not polite at all, they serve to you like they are doing you a favour, Most of the time you can't find a shopping trolley.
