I have never spoken to Sergio other than to say thank you when he brings my food - I only know his name as I heard it being called by other staff - but every time I come here and see him, he truly is really kind and lovely. You can see he truly works very hard and for that, I think he deserves a raise. Lovely person, always look forward to seeing him when I eat here

Food below par. It's only a McDonald's but other McDonald's are better. Cold chips, burger cold and lacking condiments but smothered in sauce. Go else where. Gave me no sauces with my meal. Had to buy them.

Very poor experience. They were not coping and because food snd drinks come from different sources within the restaurant there is no cohesion and it doesn?t take a lot to know off the Quality and Service aspects of their customer vision. I had to reorder my breakfast muffin because the recipe was wrong. Food was literally thrown together. Coffees sitting on the side for 10 minutes or more. The order itself took 20 minutes to deliver and it was bit like waiting for something at Argos. Won?t use again. They were completely out of control and service fell apart as a result. The main problem with McDonalds new modus operandi is that with the old ?bin? system they could relate products to customers and delivery much faster. Now they have to track individual ingredients based on footfall (much more difficult task) and if you run out of one cooked ingredient you can?t make certain items. That is what happened here. I find consistency between restaurants suffers astonishingly. Also not enough hand washing taking place.

It's McDonald's so we all know what we are going to get, but this one is particularly busy, and seating is quite a challenge.
Parking: It's in Lakeside shopping centre so parking is free and not an issue as there are hundreds if not thousands of spaces to park.
Kid-friendliness: Balloons for the children are available as well as Happy Meals.
