I was served today (16/08/2025 at 5:15) by Amy, and I just have to say what a sweetheart she is! She was bubbly, smiling, and kind throughout. I had to return my order, and she handled it so gracefully ? I never felt uncomfortable at all. In fact, we even chatted about how the jacket could have been improved with a more rustic, cowgirl-button style. Staff like Amy make such a difference on the front desk. She is an absolute credit to your team!

Went here on Thursday, saw a sign advertising 20% off with a £40 spend.. what it doesn't say is that unless you ask for it nobody puts on on. Spoke to a lovely lady once I got my receipt she advised going back to the desk and they could add the discount on. The woman that served me was rude as anything at first told me she can't do it unless I had a email. When the nice lady (presume manager) came over she said oh no I said she might have got a email I can do it. She definitely did not say this. Her attitude and the customer service from her was poor to say the least. She also stated everything I had bought was in the sale (it was not) and wouldn't count anyway. Turns out I received £9 back from the discount. Not a lot to some bit definitely was in my position. Think somebody needs to have a word with her about her manners and the way she speaks to people. Definitely put me off coming back.

Visited the lakeside store on 22/4/25 in the evening to purchase a suit, required some assistance to find a specific size. While unfortunately unable to find the particular size jacket (in this and 3 other stores), the assistance provided by Natasha to try and help was above and beyond. A credit to your store, she was very helpful and professional.
