I wouldnt say they do their job bad, but! They do even what you didnt ask them to do just to charge more. Example I asked for lower face threading, they did full face, and now there is no way back, I always have to do full face (not in their salon). Or I said that Im not doing full bikini, but lady did full bikini, Im not really mad about that one, because I like full bikini be done, but point is they dont always listen what you tell them to do. And that time when they did my face (even tho I asked only lower part) I came back with some hurt places, it was almost bloody, because she was too rough even tho I asked to be careful because I had acne, after that time I send them pics to show what she left me with, but I recieved no answer, no sorry, nothing. They dont care about you, they just care about your money.

Had an intimate wax and it was one of the best I have ever had. Quick, clean and professional. Kay made me feel very comfortable and was conversational, but not overbearing. I"m quite a nervy customer so the fact that i could laugh and chat away while she worked her magic speaks volumes. Would definitely recommend to a friend.... or even a stranger.Services: Brazilian waxing

First time at this salon today. I was unable to get regular appointments with my usual lash lady due to my working hours so thought I?d give these a try as this salon had lots of available appointments ? now I know why! Firstly I found the lady quite rude and unfriendly on arrival. Wasn?t welcoming at all. I was expecting to have an allergy patch test or sign a disclaimer? nothing! There was no discussion about how I like my lashes usually. She done a FULL SET in 35 mins!!! This is not normal! When she was done my eyes were stinging badly and non stopped watered. There was no aftercare given at all. As you can see from the pics they are messy and full of glue. I?m really not expecting them to last long a few have already dropped after a couple of hours. I paid £55 for lashes and brows so it?s not like I got them done on the cheap! As a local shop with various services offered I was really hoping to like it there but I definitely won?t be returning!!
