I recently visited Lush Cosmetics and had an absolutely delightful experience! The shop assistant, Aliyah, was incredibly kind and attentive. She took her time to walk me through the range of products. I was impressed by her knowledge and passion for the brand.
Thanks to her personalised recommendations, I ended up with a fantastic haul, including some of their best-sellers that I can't wait to try. The atmosphere of the store was inviting, filled with amazing scents and vibrant colors, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable.
I left feeling excited about my purchases and grateful for the exceptional customer service. I?ll definitely be returning!

Myself and my son visited the store today. The staff were exceptional, we were greeted straight away to ask if we needed any help and through our trip Emma and Nav were nothing but fantastic, showing my son the different bath bombs and demonstrating the bubble wand. They carried out an act of kindness and it really did change our whole day for the better. Emma and Nav went above and beyond and I will definitely return to this store in the future.

Do went into lush yesterday at lakeside and I have to say I have never come across such kind empathic staff and so helpful. David was fabulous listened to the needs of what I was looking for and his product knowledge was amazing, and then Nav who again came back with other product knowledge which worked a dream when I got home for my poor husband who has really pulled his neck muscles, again the most fabulous store I have every had the pleasure of going to and I will be going regularly ?

We have always had a great experience and warm welcome in the lakeside retail store. When visit recently Nav made it very special for the children, showing them bath bombs and how they work in water. Helping wash their hands afterwards. Nav was kind and very invested in creating fun for the children. Thank you :)

Such a unique and fun concept at Lush the experience right from booking the party to the actual day was so seamless , accommodating and real good fun.

Had the absolute pleasure of having the assistance of Nav instore today. I wasn't what sure what body scrub to get and she let me try them and find the perfect one. We then had a fantastic conversation about the treatments avaliable in the Covent Garden Spa and she gave a fantastic recommendation, which I will definitely be booking soon. I just had the best experience at Lush lakeside - Moyan (sorry if not the right spelling) was super attentive, friendly and helpful within the overbearing obvious upselling that lush employees often do! I cannot praise her enough she was so lovely!!

Nav was an absolute delight today... she was so approachable and couldn't do more to help. I felt so comfortable speaking to her about skin issues and she gave me lots of samples and didn't pressure me at all into buying.
Felt like a little bit of luxury to be spoken through the shop and to be allowed to test products before I payed. Thank you Nav, you're the best and you are such a shining star. I will be back to visit again!
