Great nails and such a nice experience. I just had my baby and I?m a nail biter so you can imagine the mess my nails were. Julie worked wonders and was so friendly and chatted to me, her husband was hilarious and they make you feel like you?re a friend. The nicest people and my nails were done fast but with such care I was impressed. I took the time to come here and was nervous having never been before but I?m so glad I did. Thank you Julie! ?

Desperately needed to get acrylic infills done, I didn?t have an appointment but went to the shop at 9:30 on a Saturday when it opened and got straight in, lovely family business, husband, wife and daughter?all lovely people and a fab job done for a reasonable price!! Will be back!!

I come here occasionally when visiting my boyfriend as I?m not local, however they always remember me and greet me with such warmth and friendliness, they cater to whatever design I require and are so helpful when it come to what design or colour will work best, I get super nervous going to nail salons as I?m a bit of a nail picker but they was so lovely and reassuring and worked carefully with my nails. I don?t go anywhere near me I?d rather wait to get my nails done at lilys ??

UPDATE: I hope the public can see how defensive and rude the owner of this shop is in response to my negative review on the service I have received. She did not Deny any of the claims in my review but instead used explanation marks and capital letters to empathise her derogatory views and points. I have attached photos of the work that this nail shop class as quality and you can make the decision if you would like to attend this place to get your nails done. I will also attach a picture where I had white tips with a pink undercoat and no hyperpigmentation was visible. I would like to recommend shops in Hornchurch if you would like to receive a good service. In response to the owner. I would recommend you attend a customer service class and extensive nail training to do your job better and cater to all types of people.I wouldn?t recommend this shop if you a black person. Extremely racist and made me feel very uncomfortable when I was there. I asked for a nail colour and they told me it wouldn?t suit me because I?m black when I have done my nails that colour before and told me if I want that colour I need to go to camberwell or Stratford which are prominently black areas.
