Booked an MOT online for 18 August, and took the car at 13:30, as agreed. Advised by the gentleman in reception it would take 45 mins, so went for a walk to the local shops. I returned at 2:15 and the car was ready, no issues.
Staff were polite, professional, and efficient and I was happy with the experience. Thank you

Had air con re gassed and said everything is fine , no leaks. Next day switched on the AC and it?s blowing warm air , not cold air at all. I mean cmon what?s the point of putting of putting gas and then it?s start blowing warm air. Very inexperienced staff working in there. Not much of a knowledge

Booked in for 0830 for a Brake Fluid change. Turned up and was the first customer through the door. Bays had no cars in and I was told to leave the car and it'd be done sometime today.
When I queried the fact I wanted to wait, I was told I could wait but it would still be a couple of hours before they might even look at the car
So what exactly is the point of booking in for a specific time, if you're not even going to look at vehicle at the booked time?
There is nothing mentioned on the website about leaving my vehicle with them for the day!
Now we just have to wait and see how long it takes for my refund to go through.
Would I recommend Kwik Fit.
No. MOST DEFINITELY NOT.
There's nothing Kwik about them.
Staff were polite enough, but still doesn't make up for the fact that you're not doing what I paid for.

Excellent customer service once again from Georgie and the team today. I literally called up this afternoon regarding a defective battery which needed replacing and Georgie helped to source the correct replacement and fitted the new battery within the hour. Georgie quoted a competitive price.
I appreciated Georgie accommodating me at short notice and for arranging the replacement to be fitted quickly, despite being so busy.

Terrible service from this employee called Ryan
Really unhelpful and unprofessional.
Needs a performance review ASAP.
Came in for a diagnostics, vehicle health check.
My appointment was for 11:30
Ryan kept pushing me to go to Chelmsford and Basildon branch of Kwik Fit; complaining to me about not having qualified master technicians in this kwik fit branch in Grays.
I Sat down in the waiting area, not been seen for an 30 minutes past my appointment time. When asked what is delay, only to be told it?ll be maybe another 30 minutes but can?t say for sure,

I just moved from London where my car used to be serviced to Essex Kwik Fit. They told me when they did the service that I didn?t have a spare tyre. So I ordered one at great expense. When it came they gave it to me - no advice on how to fit it. I was at a loss about where to put it. When I lifted the boot carpet there was a speaker in there. So when I got home I asked my neighbour who knows a bit about cars. He said there?s no legal requirement to have a spare, so cars don?t have to have space for them. So I now have the speaker in the boot to make room for the spare tyre that I didn?t need to have!
They told me I needed a back tyre changed. When I ordered it online I went to get it fitted and they told me a second tyre needed changing. They didn?t have a pair of the one I?d ordered so put on a pair they had that were cheaper and I paid the difference. Everyone on my cul de sac knows my tyres have been changed because the ones they put on are all covered with this white stuff!
I think I?ll use the Kwik Fit back in London next time I need something doing to the car.
