Today I bought a doughnut and a shake for my 8 year old boy. After 5 min we met his mother and his 2 years old little brother. The small one wanted a straw as well so I sent his big brother back to ask for another straw. He was refused. They said that they are allowed to give one only. The small one cried for 30min for this situation. As a staff I would be ashamed. Dear owner, next time I will bring you a 40ft container full with straws.

Lovely fresh doughnuts. I buy different varieties of doughnuts and we always enjoy them with the family. The coffee is also good here. Also located in a very convenient area in the shopping centre.

Manager Charlotte incredibly rude, unprofessional and snappy. Staff were unable to help us so they asked her a question and you could tell she was frustrated that she had to get up and help. Great service from Katie and the other lady serving, but Charlotte needs to learn how to be polite to staff and customers.
