Ridiculous, the regular fries is literally just 3-4 pieces of frices. Is cost £1,99 and you receive 3-4 pieces of fries. Totally disrespectful!

Got old chicken. They should be golden brown but they were dark. Another chicken shop trying to sell old chicken and scam the customers. Not recommended. Place is dirty.

I made my order at this branch, waited 22 minutes before my order was ready.Got home only to find that there was no chips as ordered.Terrible service, and very expensive.I love KFC, but after my experience at this Grays branch, it's put me right off spending my money there.

The chips are always stall and always will get chips from metros from now on. But, the chicken is cooked with the crisp and he drink is the right temperature especially in the summer but the cookies are hard so 8/10
