On 3 seperate occassions I have asked specifically the style I want my child's hair to be cut. On each of those occasions Sandra has spoken over me and told me what she thinks will look "good". She does not listen to my request and I feel rude to put her straight and put my foot down. Each time I have gone in hoping it would be either of the other two hairdressers. However, she is great with kids and I'm sure she means well.Yes, Sandra can offer her suggestions and advice however she needs to listen and respond to her customers requests. My kids love her but I come away unsatisfied with the cut. I will not be attending this salon again. Just so disappointing.

We kept putting off our son?s first haircut, but we decided to bite the bullet this weekend. We couldn't thank Sandra enough for taking care of Conor and making him look even cuter with a lovely haircut!

Washing hair £5, dry hair £5.Finish the cutting in 30mins but can finish within 10, because continually serving other customers.Makes embarrassing.

Our first trip to Just Cuts on 5 October!We had such a turbulent afternoon elsewhere and had an event to go to the next day. And Sandra made sure we left feeling elated and overjoyed! It was great seeing someone so dedicated to their job. As well as someone who enjoys their work, as it reflects brilliantly in their work. We tend to have a not so great experience at hairdressers as mum?s hair is quite thick and dense but this was not the case with Sandra!We had such a great time, and left the salon with an amazing finish. Sandra made sure mum left looking like a superstar. Sandra was so lovely, friendly and considerate! We had came not too long before closing but Sandra made sure that wasn?t a hindrance and was patient and through didn?t realise where the time flew!

I visited Just cuts in Lakeside today and wanted to mention what a great service I received. I was really warmly welcomed by both of the staff. Sandra cut my hair she made me feel really comfortable and advised me on some tips to look after it!! She was lovely thank you ?
