Thank you to Laura at Lakeside for helping my partner and I find our wedding scent. Laura was extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful. We had such a lovely experience, looking at different scent pairings. Laura wanted to make sure we were shown scents we normally go for, as well as incorporating the wedding style, month and flowers into the scent! Was such an incredible experience. We are so happy with our chosen scents and we can?t wait to wear them on our wedding day. Thank you Laura for making this such a special experience for us.

My son collected a 100ml cologne from the Lakeside store on my behalf as a present for my wife.It is in gift box which is clearly the wrong size and badly packaged.Tried phoning the store but the phone cuts off after a few rings.This is after ordering online and the cologne being lost by the delivery company.Happy Xmas

Absolutely amazing perfumes. A bit on the expensive side but totally worth them. Love the scents.The store was clean and in line with the COVID-19 precautions but I felt the staff was not very welcoming and friendly. She wanted us out quickly.
