I don't usually get my nails done but thought I would treat myself and my daughter to
holiday nails. Being 11 it was the first time she had her nails done in a salon and she was excited. I chose in Wonderland as it looks so lovely in there and the reviews were great. I had BIAB and my daughter gel. I wasn't particularly hopeful for her nails as gel never lasted long on my nails in the past but I am pleased to say even though she was constantly in the pool her nails lasted the full week without even a chip. My nails are also still great after coming up for 2 weeks.
There was a miscommunication between the price of a child's nails but this was honoured. Thank you, we will be back for future treats x

I recently moved to Essex, and needed a new nail tech! Went there for the first time and wow, my nail tech Rahmah was only 20 years old but she absolutely killed it. I showed her a picture and she did better than the picture! I already have my next appointment booked in

A very welcoming welcome, a beautiful salon with experienced ladies who go above and beyond you leave happy. The deco is so beautiful. Friendly staff and a comfortable environment

I always come to this nail salon to get my nails done and it?s the best nail salon ever monica does my nails for me all the time i love how she takes her time and she?s very patience she always makes sure my shape is how i want it and she puts a lot of effort in to my nails she?s such a hard worker on the other hand zara the owner to the store she is amazing and very beautiful all the staff there are so lovely and work very hard i always leave with a smile on my face :)

Was seen as a walk-in appointment today and got my nails done for the first time. Had a lovely nail tech do my nails (forgot to catch a name) but I love my nails so much.

Always have the best experience at this salon. Attention to detail and nails that last. My nails look so healthy no over drilling like other salons.
The girls are so welcoming for my elderly mum too.

sorry to complain but I?m rlly unhappy.
I had a full set by you guys however during the appointment was passed around numerous times with techs telling each other the next steps. (Not your fault) I left happy with the nails however the extremely long wait. (2hours ish)
After a few days all nails started lifting with me having to stick them back down with shop brought nail glue. I called the shop to explain my situation to be put though to the owner who just blamed me for not calling sooner, (i work full time 5 days a week being 9am-8pm) so this was the most convenient time for myself. I have anxiety and find it difficult to call to complain. The lady put the phone down while I was talking. She wasn?t very apologetic at all and made me feel like I was bothering her, I?ve since messaged on instagram to be ignored on not 1 but 2 occasions. The work is great if it lasts longer then 4 days but the customer service could do with some improvement.

I had my first visit today to this beautiful salon , what a friendly place it is , Kate treated my nails with such respect , they have never looked so fabulous. I am looking forward to my pedicure with them next week. I will be telling all my friends and family to visit.Sara what a wonderful relationship you have with your ladies, the banter between you all made me smile .

Got a chrome French BIAB today and I Would 1000% recommend! The staff are always lovely and the atmosphere is just really friendly. Ugne did my nails today and she was amazing! She took time to test some of the BIAB colours on me as I was unsure what colour base I wanted, and she gave so much attention to all the details and every aspect of the appointment! Lovely person to talk to as well.
I would recommend booking ahead of time, as it seems they only book a certain amount of people per time slot, so that the saloon isn?t too busy and still has a nice chill friendly vibe.
