The return service is awful. Waiting 30 mins to return one item with slow servers, one of which is chewing gum. Staff walking past looking at the big queue for returns but does nothing. Awful

Unfriendly customer service, long waiting times. Dirty restaurant area, the hot dog bar is even worse? The team members seem tired and unfriendly, they can?t even say a simple hello? No mustard, no ketchup? warm, but not hot hot dogs? ?

Great, could stock check before we travelled. Restaurant staff great too, cleaned and tidied up even the floor before we sat down. Just a large queue at the restaurant but it was half term holidays.

Rude restaurant staff, cleaning whilst people are still eating, or around them. spraying and cleaning table next to me whilst I still have my fish & chips there. Come on! it's only 8pm and the hot counter is still serving.

Great selection of items for the whole house, good quality furniture at a reasonable price which can be made to measure. Helpful staff only issue being that you have to go around the whole store literally to get the one thing you need.

Went to this place with family. It's the usual IKEA set up. Everyone snaking through the warehouse on the predetermined paths that make sure you don't miss a thing from the biggest display cabinet to the smallest egg timer! If you are lucky you can find the short cut doors that make you feel like you are entering a cheat code on a computer game and skipping a level!But the shop has good items at reasonable prices, and when you get to the till area,there are plenty of staff there waiting to take your money. We didn't try the meatballs as the cafe was packed. Maybe next time .

I have been asked to leave IKEA Lakeside because I was ?Under the age of 18? I was just at the cafeteria waiting to get served , a west Asian man in his mid twenties asked me for Id , since when do you need Id to buy a sausage roll? He also kicked my friend for having a radio wich he was not using. I was planing to buy a new a new desk but I guess not from here . Lovely customer service.
