No point ordering from this lot. I ordered during the Euro final. Website took the order then one hour later Deliveroo called to say the place was closed and the restaurant had called ne which was a lie. We called Harvester Grays and they denied all knowledge even though it was through the Harvester website and I had an order number. Sent an email but they couldn't be asked to answer. DON'T ORDER FROM HARVESTER GRAYS.

/rude to my dad and belittled him. Assistant manager refused to give me her name. Steer clear if your Asian, they?re not friendly at all. Disgusting.

Visited the Harvester in Grays for a family breakfast whilst visiting family. Booked a table for 9 adults and one child which was ready as soon as we arrived. We were served by Karen who was very knowledgeable about the menu and able to advise us and check if items were suitable for a few in the party that had allergies. The food was cooked to perfection and delivered to our table very quickly. I would highly recommend a visit if you?re in the area. A special thank you to our waitress Karen who went above and beyond to make our visit a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Very good service. I?m vegan and I bought a veggie Mac and cheese meal by mistake (should?ve worn my glasses!) Even though this was totally my fault, the manager let me exchange it for something else, which she didn?t have to do. Thank you to her!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Harvester, Grays, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, and the service was exceptional.\\n\\nI was served by Karen, who was an absolute delight. She was knowledgeable about the menu, attentive to my needs, and made great recommendations. The food was cooked to perfection by Mike, the head chef. Every dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented.\\n\\nI highly recommend this harvester to anyone looking for a memorable dining experience. The combination of delicious food, excellent service, and inviting atmosphere make this restaurant a must-visit.\\n\\nThank you, Karen and Mike, for making my dining experience truly exceptional. Flat service little choice. Unimaginative menu, made worse by volume of out of stock items. Staff looked unhappy to be there, no energy or spark. Don?t bother.

Amazing value for money. Went for lunch. Very good selection of food, caters for all diet requirements. Very reassuring attitude with allergies which makes you at ease and eat peacefully. The unlimited drinks/ tea/ coffee and salads make this phenomenal value. Reasonable quality as well, all fresh.Sorry was staving, so didn't take food pics.And very attentive service. Thanks to Karen and chef Michael!We will definitely make this our regular.

Very friendly, never waited to long for food. My starter was over cooked , mushrooms in breadcrumbs & dip but the main was ok. Booked to go with family on 25th so hopefully ? it's all nice.Parking: Plenty of parking behind harvester.

Visited the establishment on Friday 25th November 2022 for dinner with the family. First thing I noticed is that the room decor and furniture were well looked after in comparison with some of the other harvesters I?ve visited in the past. However the ambience did not save the night and saying that I was grossly disappointed was an understatement to say the least.The staff were very polite and friendly but the speed for service left a lot to be desired. It took over an hour to receive our food - to add to the disappointment when I got my food I noticed that the grilled chicken burger I ordered was not cooked all the way through and as a result I had to stop eating it. The waitress agreed to take it off the bill, apologising in the process but having waited so long to receive the food to begin with it didn?t feel like much compensation for the service we had endured.Safe to say that I will not be visiting this branch in future.

We got fitted in straight away as hadn?t booked. Staff very friendly and helpful. Salad bar could have been topped up better. Disabled ppl you have to walk around the front of the restaurant but we were let out the fire exit when we left.Food lovely and good portion sizesVicky our waitress was so helpful and friendly. Credit to your restaurantParking: Ok if your not disabled but the long walk to the entrance is a taskWheelchair accessibility: Certain areas would not be suitable but there are seats in the restaurant for wheelchairs.
