I completely agree with all the negative reviews about this garage.
Despite the warnings, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and visited in person, as the Halfords website was malfunctioning and not allowing online bookings.

worst garage you could think of. thought it's gonna be okay as i avoid private garages but it was worse. held my car for a whole day just to send me a message right before closing that appointment was cancelled while my car was there all day. also one of them driving all of the cars full speed to the garage (about 50metres)... read full comment
