Excellent store and great new layout/decor! I was served by Asma, who was so kind and helpful. She cleaned my ring for me, which went very bad after I accidentally dropped it in chlorine. The ring looks brand new now! I?m so happy with the results.

I visited the reopening of H Samuels today and felt really welcomed by the manager Gordon and his team. Kelly and Chloe were really lovely and helped me choose a beautiful pair of earrings for my daughter. I found the new store and staff to be amazing and will definitely return.

Went to get my ears pierced by Gordon. He was really lovely, explained the whole process and made sure I was happy with everything before piercing. All after care was explained well and overall just a really positive experience. Thank you Gordon :)
