We had a big party on 15th June and was let down by our food supplier the day before and with the ecoli panic trying to find food was difficult.
I went to our local greggs in Benfleet and whilst he couldn't do the food he suggested I call lakeside.
All I can say is the young lad we dealt with was amazing and advised what he could do with the ingredients he had.
We called at 8am and collected a whole selection of platters and sweet treats at 10am.
Greggs these members of your staff went above and beyond so I hope you do some kind if reward for exceptional staff .

We went there as a group of 7. There were 5 people before me. I was served by a new lady this time as the person who normally serves me was otherwise occupied. On this occasion I ordered a Mocha, I normally have a cup of tea and I add a fresh cardamom in it to enhance its flavour. The choice on the board says Speciality teas but they do not have Earl grey, would be nice to see this on the menu. As a birthday treat from Greggs, I received a complimentary treat and after asking the server, chose a triple chocolate muffin. This was very nice indeed with a melted chocolate centre. Very enjoyable treat, made the other 6 in our party very envious. To soften the blow, I advised them that they too will get a treat when it is their birthday. On the drink front, a Mocha Latte would be a nice addition to the drinks menu. Seating is often an issue if you are a larger group but we usually manage to secure seating after a brief wait. Hope to see some of the suggestions I have made implemented soon at this specific restaurant. It would also hev been nice if we were able to add atleast one photograph to go with the review on Greggs website that they emailed me requesting, so it highlights the point being made. Remember to download, install and use their app everytime you go there by scanning the barcode when you make a purchase and you will get treats over time. Enjoy your next outing there.

I went to greggs because i fancied a sausage roll but unfortunately the que was too long so i walked around the back of the establishment. Crouching on the floor, but naked was a blacked haired man who looked like Beavo he was licking a sausage roll inappropriately using his long tongue as a probing tool. He growled at me in a menacing manner then he crawled on all fours and tried to bite my willy off. Not the best experience but i still give 5 stars ?.

Went to Greggs in Lakeside new M&S end at 11.30am on Sunday 21st January, bearing in mind they only open at 11am. Ordered 2 teas along with our food only to be told they will have to be black teas as they have no milk. They are near to both M&S and Poundland who both sell milk. How did they cope for the rest of the day? Very poor.

As much as i like a greggs cold steak bakes aint nice. Maybe just a thoughtKeep your hot food in a temperature controlled oven so when we buy our sausage rolls or pies there hot.

I don?t normally put down reviews, but this has really angered me. Went into Greg?s Saturday 25th of November around 5ish. Asked for a donut and the woman who was serving me, was very very rude and made me feel uncomfortable. She has dark hair, (in the small Greggs) there was 2 more members of staff with her and they were just laughing at me! I felt so intimidated by them I couldn?t believe this was the customer service. I asked ?is there something funny?? And they all continued laughing and looking at me while laughing. I have never felt this intimidated! This is bullying, why was I made to feel like this? Please take this action further or I promise you I will. I will not be treated like this by these immature children who you hire and think they?re doing a good job. They?re behaviour was disgusting towards me.
