This place is just ok. The burgers are expensive for the size and quality. What I found annoying is that student discount is only available Mon-Fri until 5pm. Those are pretty much the times when a student is expected to be at university! So stop pretending you have a student discount...

I came here on the 16th of september 2024 and must I say!! This restraunt has the best customer service i have seen especially Jess she was an absouloute angel. She was very helpful and had full knowledge of all the allergens. I will be back .

Poor service, we received the wrong order on multiple occasions in one sitting, food missing from the order, drinks missing. We asked for specific ingredients to be removed but this was not adhered to. I asked for my burger to be cooked medium, I received rare, then medium rare and an egg!!! I complained to the manager just to be told that they are short staffed and sometimes these things happen. This is the worse service I've received at a GBK. SATURDAY 27TH OF JULY 2024 18:05

Food was very nice, service wasn't great. Got placed at a small corner table when 60% of the place was empty, would have been nice to have a booth . Not asked if we required anything else once we received our food, staff looked a little miserable and the plates were pretty much thrown down in front of us

After a long day of shopping I was looking for a good meal but instead I was told by our waitress that I was wrong and obviously didn?t know how to read. I was flabbergasted. I asked the waitress if I could share my concerns about the menu with the manager and she asked if I thought the manager was stupid too. I was left speechless!! Horrified by her treatment, I asked my family if they had had enough abuse for one day and we all got up and left. I don?t care how good your food may be?nobody should be abused by a server in that way. All she had to say was I?m sorry for any confusion and if you would like to speak with the manager I can get them for you. How difficult is it to be nice to customers? I can promise that I won?t be returning and I will sharing my experience with everyone.

Went there for the first time, 5 of us, and were very disappointed. All the ads and pictures look very attractive. We spent £25pp for 1 drink and 1 burger and went out like never had food. The size of the burger was the same as mcdonalds for x5 price. Would never go back again.
