I just bought my first Rolex and I can honestly say I am happy I moved over to Goldsmiths'Lakeside. I was seen by Mateusz who is definitely the nicest person you will ever come across in a Rolex AD, patient, polite and down to earth. Also, the rest of the team were very accommodating. All in all, a great day at the boutique I will definitely be a returning customer.

I have been shopping from Goldsmith Lakeside for a number of years. I left a review more than a year ago, for the lovely Lynsey or helped me with my Rolex Purchase. This time around, the beautiful staff called me over again for my second Rolex timepiece. I do not remember the persons name who served me, but he looked like very much like Ed Westwick, my wife even said it to him! He was fantastic! It?s good to see other faces including Matt, whose brother I previously worked with while I was the boutique goldsmith.Once again, thank you for allowing me to shop with you guys, and I would personallyRecommend Goldsmith Grays EVERY DAY OF THE WEEK. I have never purchased a watch anywhere else, other than here.Fantastic people with great heartsGenuine customer serviceAnd they make you feel very welcomed. Overstaffed with none of them seemingly caring that a potential customer is in their store.Two were standing at the entrance chatting to one another, no acknowledgement we were there.The chap from the Rolex section literally walked straight past us like we were not there and made a b-line to his colleague for a chat.We then got to the back of the store, we were only browsing these sections as I wasn't interested in those particular brands, but two young female members of staff literally took one look at us and resumed chatting again... unbelievable! It's a shame because I was interested in buying Longines... maybe I should have flashed the one I had on to prove I was worthy of their products?!

I visited this store on 14th July 2023 and was honestly a great experience overall. I have purchased from a few Watch retailers over the years, but the service received from Lakeside in particular was truly exceptional. Staff were very informative of the model i was purchasing and created a warm and welcoming environment. I would like to thank the lakeside team for their work and great service. In particular Emma, who although was unfortunately unavailable to finalise the sale herself as she wasn't in on the day i was selected, still took the time to answer the many questions i had over the phone, kept me well informed about the item and purchase procedure & ensured i had a smooth transition into concluding the purchase. Would definitely recommend and seek to buy more from here in the future.Ben Jokosenumi

Purchased my first watch from Kelly and the team and was over the moon. Kelly has been absolutely amazing throughout the process. Her customer service, communication and knowledge on watches is second to none! I couldn?t recommend this Goldsmith store and Kelly enough. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
