This place is alright compared to the one in Bromley. But when I bought multiple games they have forgotten to include one of the games I brought. I went back and showed them the receipt and they said there is nothing they can do about it and never gave me the game I purchased no refund was given either which is sad as I like this place usually. Other than that the place used to be a great place as there is more toys than games now.

Always have a chat with the nice helpful lady assistant, shame they have squashed the video game section to display more toy's.

Haven?t been to game in years but wanted an Xbox and they had them in stock with some nice offers. The store?s kept that cool 90?s video game store feeling, major nostalgia. Had some technical issues with the offer/till but the staff were really helpful, friendly and professional. Can only recommend. Don?t buy online and give them a try.

When visiting Lakeside there are a few shops we have to go to and Game is one of them. I don't think I've been to Lakeside where the kids did not drag me into the store. While i get most of my games through Steam we still come in here for games for the kids and sometimes soft toys. The place has a lot of new and preloved stuff on sale so its nice to pick up a something cheaper then you would anywhere else. The first thing you notice normally when coming into the store there is normally someone working the floor ready to help if you have any question or your simply need help finding something, They are all smiles and pleased to help but best is they know what they are talking about. The company seem to really do their home work and employ people that know there stuff or like others are a fan of gaming. It makes asking questions a lot easier when they clearly know what you are talking about and can point you in the right direction. The place is normally busy when i go and can be a little crowded but that is to be expected. The store is not massive in size but has a lot of floor space to move around in so you don't have to bump into people during its crowded times unless its very busy then i would say came back. Over all a great shop for gamers and people that are after gift ideas.

Have always enjoyed going to the store. Bought the PS4 and PS5 there. The staff are nice and professional.

Great selection of games but the place is really narrow in some aisles so I wouldn't recommend going here unless you like confined spaces haha. In truth on a Sunday its just a overwhelmingly busy place and I'd recommend you just be patient or go on a weekday.

Not been to a game in a long time, and it was incredibly busy but both Joseph and Lucy both took their time to help me out and advise me on options and the best way to buy what I wanted to get the most out of my money before Christmas and spent a long time helping me regardless of how busy it was in store. A+++ service from both of them.
