I recently visited Footasylum at Lakeside Shopping Centre for my Christmas shopping, and it was a fantastic experience! The store had a wide selection of trendy apparel and footwear, perfect for finding gifts for everyone on my list.
The staff were super friendly and knowledgeable, helping me find exactly what I needed. I was impressed by the variety of brands and styles available, especially the great deals on popular sneakers and clothing.
The atmosphere was lively and festive, making it a fun place to shop during the holiday season. I left with some amazing finds and can?t wait to see the smiles on my friends' faces when they unwrap their gifts!
If you're looking for stylish gifts this Christmas, Footasylum is definitely the place to go! Highly recommend!

The staff members were updating the tags with price 29.99 when I went to the till to pay they said it was 42.99 when I asked to check again they said its actually 56.99 the manager was very rude and all unprofessional staff. The upper management should follow up with adeguate customer service training for those guys, clearly they dont khow manners never coming back to thia branch again

Visited the shop and wanted to purchase a shoe though when Sara the lady at the till removed the shoe to have a look that the shoe was in good condition and both sizes were correct we noticed it had a slight manufacturing error anyway she really was helpful called her manager out even went to lengths to try and get the assistant manager to help and made me feel really confident of her customer service and how she handle the situation at point, will definitely be shopping at this branch when am in town,Thanks.

Victor was amazing during our shopping trip. We came earlier for a pair of uggs that another team member said we can only purchase off the shelf, it had been worn by others and we couldnt justify buying it full priced when it was clearly worn/used. We were told thats the only pair left. We returned back to the store later the same day and was greeted by Victor who went and got us a fresh pair of Uggs from the back and we were in shock. Left very happy customers, thank you Victor!!

Today, they tried to accuse two of my friends of theft in a workplace full of employees who have forgotten where fathers come from. And when they hire them, don't they test them to remove the dirty, derogatory, prejudiced thoughts in their minds?
