He is extremely unprofessional... He has no clue about basic things. All he knows how to do is bring parcels from the back. That's it...

Ordered some bulbs on Thursday evening, got confirmation that there'd be ready to collect at 11am the next day. Went to get them at 12pm only to be told not in yet come back later. Went back at 4pm still not in.
Then got an emil on Sunday stating that bulbs are ready to collect, phoned customer services got told bulbs are ready to collect. Went in on Tuesday only to be told still not in ! What total incompetence. Wasted time and petrol.

Every time when I come here, parts are not the right one.
Waste of time to get the parts because is one single person taking orders and same person is going to collect them.
Waste my time and fuel to return them back.

Absolute shambles, i will give a 0 stars if possible. I did order service parts on Thursday 8th i paid express delivery next day and i got confirmation mail stating delivery 9th Friday,
No delivery turned on Friday, I did make a phone call on Saturday morning 10th to see what is going on because my service is booked on 10th at 12:00 with mobile mechanic,
Finally order turned up at 11:00 one hour before the service and surprise surprise the send me wrong part so now you costing me £30 cancellations fee for the mechanic and a another £6 for delivery that didn?t provide,
I phone 3 times the branch and the put the phone down and another phone call to customer service that they said they are sorry.
Never ever again near euro car parts
I will stick to most reliable AUTODOC
