Have alot of lovely items but unfortunately what we wanted was not available. They had Dormeo V pillows but not the pillow cases to go with. We were told they do not stock them in store.

Really disappointed went into store to buy some new nets the girl that served me was really rude her name was jade she looked really dirty and scruffy and to be honest she stunk of sweat after being served she walked away started to talking to another colleague and started swearing customer service is really bad I would never go to this store again

The store it?s self if a very nice store with usually very nice staff. However on this occasion I encountered a member of staff who was very dismissive. I had my puppy with me In my bag as he is tiny. As someone who suffers with anxiety my dog makes me feel less anxious, I had gone up to a member of staff to ask if she knew where a product was and she looked at me entirely ignoring my question and said sorry not allowed dogs. Which I completely understand and I have no problem with the only thing I have a problem with is the fact my question was completed ignored. Safe to say dunelm has lost a customer. I would have appreciated my question to have been answered so I could look online for the product I wasn?t going to stay in the store.

I usually love Dunelm store. But this one seem a bit messy, with not much products and also staff seem a bit annoyed when you ask them something. Will not go to this one again
