The Customer Service Assistant, Olivia from the Lakeside Retail Park store, was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable, she listened to exactly what we required and provides us with all the information and choices available then left us with the space and time to consider our purchase, which was perfect. The store should be very proud of her. Not forgetting to mention the high quality of the product purchased

We were assisted today by Olivia who was outstanding, she seemed to know about all of the products, knew where everything was and what to do, she got us to use the analysing machine after which the first mattress she suggested was perfect and was the one we went for. We were both really impressed with Olivia and were shocked when she said she was fairly new! Hopefully the aftersales service from Dreams and the finished product is just as good!

Brilliant shopping experience, salesperson was Preeti who was knowledgeable, polite, friendly, helpful, engaging, and overall just fantastic. Loved the machine which assessed what type of mattress was suitable for you. A great range of products at extremely competitive prices, especially as there is a sale currently on.

We was greeted by Preeti when we arrived, who was able to help us find what we was looking for. She knew we were looking for a new bed to arrive asap due to our own bed frame breaking, she was really thorough checking on arrival dates with the beds that fit our criteria. Preeti was really knowledgeable about all the products we discussed, and made some really good recommendations. She was also brilliant with our three children allowing them all a turn on the mattress machine, got them drinks while we made our order, and listened to them talking - even helping console our youngest when she got upset about not being allowed the ?marshmallow mattress? that very day. The showroom was clean & spacious. The GM who came to assist on occasions was also a very pleasant and helpful man.

Brilliant service. We looked at various other bed suppliers but the choice and staff Dreams had were excellent. Richard - the sale person that looked after us - was very helpful and had lots of advice.

Purchased a mattress and I was served by a guy called Daniel. The team were great. It's not often you get good service anywhere anymore but these guys were brilliant. Even got a cup of tea. The mattress has been delivered today on time and the communication was great.Well done lakeside

We found Dreams to have a good selection of bed frames and mattresses. Preeti served us and was extremely pleasant, helpful and informative, and gave us time and space to consider our purchase. We used the bedmatch machine recommended by her, and found that very helpful too. We were offered tea or coffee a few times during our search.Preeti made the purchase of our new bed a great experience.
