Staff were very helpful and friendly we need shops like this as online you never know what it's like until you receive it. Guys here also knew what they were talking about online I would of bought total useless rubbish glad I went in store

waited 20 mins to get served, told to go counter, waited 10 mins whilst they went to get the product, found the same product cheaper online

I have been to the Currys countless times and had visited it again on 8/8/25. I needed to buy a lot of times as I got a new place and no one was available to help me as usual. I saw a sales lady and she was at her desk alone. So I approached her and asked for assistance and she said she will be at least 25min before she can help me. At this point I felt like I wasn?t wanted here so I left. I came back the next day and saw Barry from the business team who assisted me without hesitation. This man is a legend and his general knowledge about the products was everything I needed. He spent about 2 hours with me and it made me feel like I have a personal shopper. I have spent more than 10k in the past year or so at Currys and it?s always been the business team who have shown any interest in their customers. Thank you Barry for making my experience great and going above and beyond in finding the best products.

Ordered online but there is always a long wait for collections. Staff couldn't find my item until I pointed out I could see it on the back shelf. They have a bit of a monopoly and it shows on their service. However, the member of staff did apologise for the delay so saved the day.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Rang to find out if I had left my purse in Lakeside Store. Was told they could not be contacted only by email and I would get a reply in 24 hours

Even when we asked for help we didn?t get it, eventually till staff had to help but honestly it wasn?t great as they didn?t know much and we had to figure things out alone. The staff were just wondering around and even when I got close to a member of staff they walked off. After an hour of looking and attempting to gain help we found what we wanted only to find out it?s out of stock but no label to say that.

A worker named Les was extremely rude and profiled us which led to us not being able to look around the store for a new monitor which i am currently in the market for. She also assumed my age and assumed i act exactly like other delinquents.

Louise should be sacked immediately
I dont expect to walk into a store and be greeted by someone looking me up and down with their arms folded. i explained what i was there for (needed help from technical team) and she was very wishy washy with the answer. 'Ok well you bought it online so i dont know if we can help'. i explained Id been sent to the store FOR help specifically.
Managed to get some help (although still not resolved) from a friendly chap who's name i did not catch. but my god, Louise has single handedly put me off buying from Currys in future.
