In particular, the checkout lady I interacted with was a standout - she was quick, efficient, and greeted me with a lovely smile, which made my day. It's always refreshing to encounter such positive and pleasant customer service.The variety of products available at Costco Thurrock was impressive, and I found everything I needed during my visit. The quality of the items I purchased was excellent, and the prices were reasonable for the value provided.Overall, my experience at Costco Thurrock was truly enjoyable, and I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a great shopping experience. I love shopping at Costco but this one is far too busy and manic for me. I much prefer the Chingford Costco compared to this one.

Parking only 2 hours since when?!!! Went today by time you've eaten something your already 40 mins down on your time. I only managed to look round middle isles before I had to go to the till to allow 20 mins to get out and get back to car and loaded. 2 hours isn't even enough time to look round. Needs min 3 hours but 4 would be much more reasonable! They really need to change that quickly before they lose custom.

A Costco trip is always amazing with great deals and offers.However, introducing 2 hours restricted parking is not good customer service as today I had to drive off and park at another location while needing to do additional shopping of another £700 for a friend. This parking restriction should be reviewed...

Im really happy with being in Costco, but i was with my friends to get a membership card today, a staff named Joe in the front desk was very rude when we declined to take the executive card and took the normal white card. He was very arrogant and disrespectful towards us. He is not at all a fit person to work and I genuinely expect the senior person to make him understand that ? THE TYPE OF MEMBERSHIP THAT A PERSON CHOOSE IS THERE OWN CHOICE, and not HIS, i repeat its not ?HIS?. ?
