Costco Optical are amazing! They go far and beyond to make their clients happy. When I broke my favorite sunglasses, I was devastated, because they were discontinued model and I couldn't just go and buy new ones. I called Vision Express and they said they didn't do repairs. Then I called Costco and they said to bring the glasses in. Not only they did the impossible and managed to repair my sunglasses straight away, but they didn't charge me a penny. I am so happy and grateful for having them around!

Poor service, not what I expected from a company of this calibre.I had my eyesight tested and prescription glasses made by the store, I had varifocal lenses, which were wrong, distorting the images, and I kept missing steps, and nearly had an accident.I?ve made numerous phone calls to the optical department, and I got no reply. Eventually, I had to go to the main store and make a complaint to the manager and I immediately Received a response from the opticians.I would not recommend them for optical services. I will go back to Specsavers in the future.

Price and quality of frame was great. The issue is the progressive lenses. The lens is absolute messy joke. The focal points are skewed, and vision is totally blur unless I skew my lens on face slightky side way. They are totally unusable. I collect them, kept in suitcase to use when I travel and travelled out of country in few for few months missing the trial period and now have the frame and lenses in drawers wasted and back using my old ones as lenses alone costed above + £ 200 that went to total waste.

A far cry from the highstreet stores in been using for many years.It was a absolute pleasure to use Costco optical, professional, polite, an all round good experience.Can recommend.
