Quick service, helpful and friendly baristas. Literally the nicest three staff serving I have ever met at a Costa. Friendly, helpful, suggested options beyond what is normally on the menu and looked so happy to be doing their jobs. Thank you for making me and my daughter smile!

Not only did they have two serving with waiting time of 20 mins, the lady finally came to serve, missed me and served the lady behind. She then was passed off because they lady told her it was my order first. I was given the coffee said thanks and got shouted at as it was the law I had a lid. I said it's fine I am sitting hear. I then got shouted at I was rude, then when I said she was , told to shut my mouth. Plenty of other coffee shops, with better service, nicer staff and better coffee

The staff would not except costa own point for a coffee , telling me the system is down but all the tills are working. They could see the points on my phone but still refuse to take them

You need to change the times that you?re open on Google. It says you open at 8 am on Monday but when you get to the shop it says 11.

This is probably the most friendly and efficient Costa I have ever been in. Staff are great! Service is great and the coffee is too.

Never been disappointed with Costa coffee, there seasonals are especially to be enjoyed. Now with M&S food to be had - what?s not to love.

It was okay, Hot chocolate was above average and was enjoyable, White Coffee a bit too strong and tasted like dishwater, But overall not too bad would come again, just not order a white coffee.

My favourite go to place for a coffee while out shopping. Fast and friendly service and we didn't have to wait to long for a table which was a bonus as this shop is usually always busy.

Barista looked very disinterested. Wiped her nose whilst inputing at the til. Changed my mind and went to Pret a Manger next door who were excellent in comparison!

This is my first place to go when visiting Lakeside Shopping Centre. After I have my large pure green tea, I feel that I'm better prepared to deal with my kids and wife's shopping rush. ?\\nNot sure how much the Costa staff are paid but I'm sure they are not paid enough for what they have do go through at the peak time and all that while keeping a smile on their face.\\nGood job Costa staff ?.

I wasn?t impressed with this place as I felt like you were just shoved from one person to the next. They got my order wrong and took a really long time to get the rest of it to me. They didn?t even a apologise for getting it wrong.\\nThe only good thing was the older gentleman that works there was really polite and helpful across all the chaos. He seemed to be the only one actually doing anything, from the food to cleaning tables!

Costa is always favour for coffee this branch inside lake side shopping cetrer and grind floor.\\nThey allow seat in and social distance more over thus store is big so easy to get place dine in.\\nFor quick bite and lovely coffee but sadly they don't do meal deal any more. Thats why I am giving 4 stars. May be its company or branch policy.\\nI think they should keeo the offer meal deal for customers.\\nPlace is very clean and good customer service.

As with most food retailers, during this pandemic lockdown there is no sit in. So it's all take aways. It wasn't very busy so service was very quick. Costa now do a mini size. This is smaller than a 'small'. My missus always complains that the small size is too big for her, and this mini size was perfect. Good job Costa. This means less waste of coffee. I look forward to being able to sit in and drink my coffee out of a proper cup soon!

Never enough staff, always a 10-15 minute queue. And apparently Costa just cut another 1600 staff today. Soon you?ll go in, queue to make your own coffee and drop all your money in a box as you leave.\\nMost people walk up, see a queue out the door then just continue instead of waiting, still they?re saving on staff costs!
