Went here for breakfast as I live close by. Got my usual Fudge Brownie Frappuccino and food bits and when I went to the till I was greeted by a cheerful young lady who was keen to take my order. Once I had sat down and tried my drink, I realised this was the best version of my favourite drink I'd ever had...perfect amount of everything and wonderful presentation too. Super happy experience, lovely customer service and exceptional drink-making...what more could you need from a Costa?! Huge thank you and well done to Lashana.

Stopped for brunch and coffee and to do some work whilst waiting for a meeting. Staff were friendly, Wifi was ok and they served my go to Costa food of porridge and a latte so I was happy. Toilets need a code from your receipt to open the door which I was a bit surprised at.

Worst staffs in Grays high street costa. . Costa lakeside has very pleasant staffs and clean. Grays high street costa one of the staff was standing doing nothing inside the till. There was long queue. When we are running in the lunch break time, if they are not fast it?s difficult. When I asked the lady to warm up the sandwich while I?m waiting in the queue to pay, she stilll wanted to chill and stand there doing nothing. In addition the costa in grays feels stuffy with horrible smell. I won?t be surprised if they have lazy staffs

Always love Costa but the person serving can always change the Atmosphere. Today me and my daughter were served by Hyde who from the start was smiling and engaging in small talk with us, she has lovely people skills and was happy to answer questions making us feel comfortable and heard when ordering. She is Credit to the company.

Too noisy, can't hear yourself talking, pots and cups seem to be clean, chesee sandwich was ok, nothing special, tissues are extremely poor qualitydoesn't adjust the prices They're charging for what they serve, toilets are out of order which is not acceptable, serving food without toilet facilities mustn't be allowed, won't be visiting again to eat but may visit for a cup of coffee ?
