“Ordered a suit for a wedding with a very quick turnaround, Nick could have not been more helpful ordering a gorgeous Ted Baker suit. Unfortunately a comms issue between DPD and Moss bros meant the suit was not delivered on time, luckily we had a spare but moss bros were brilliant when it came to trying to track the item despite the fact that the poor bloke had been screamed at all day and ultimately refunding in full. Could not apologise more. Would definitely go back - hopefully all the issues are resolved!”

“This shop is great to buy accessories and jewellery from. It has its own unique interior and collection of the most beautiful handbags and jewellery. Some items are expensive but when you go when there is a sale you are bound to find a very good bargain. “Came in for a bra fitting and was served by the lovely Shay who was really helpful and couldn’t do enough to ensure I got the perfect fit. They do not use tape measurers but actually request you try on bras to ensure it fits correctly. Highly recommended x”

“Not moaning….just a heads-up re menswear department in new Lakeside store. I bgt lots of clothes yesterday but the mirrors within the department had clothes racks 5-6 feet in front of them so it wasn’t easy to properly view jackets etc when standing 3 feet from the mirror. Move the racks or put the mirrors on the other side of the pillars please. Also, more mirrors please, I had to walk a long way to find one! Also, the self-checkout using Sparks took nearly 20 minutes. These things are just fyi’s…happy with the products.”
