Appalled at this estate agents. We had an offer accepted on a house, which we were told that if a better offer came in or a buyer in a better chain then us we would be contacted first to counter offer or just to be informed. We had a phone call from the agent who told us that ?solicitor paperwork? had just turned up on his desk and that we were no longer in the running for the house. We have felt like we were only ever a reserve and actually they were not very truthful with us in letting us know there was another offer on the table. It was only following our successful mortgage application and the bank getting in contact with the agent which prompted them to ring us and explain.

Called at least 3 times to arrange a viewing on a property. Was told on all occasions that somebody called Jason will call me back. Did he? Nope! Give up in the end. Wouldn?t recommend this company if you are trying to rent a place. Jason will not call you back!
