Decent online service ordering a Pixel 8 Pro. Great price, condition as described. Took a few days to send due to it being the weekend. No tracking number provided but overall happy. Package was not the prettiest, but phone reached me OK.

Ordered a laptop online from Grays. 5 days later still not dispatched, no reply to my email from 2 days ago chasing it up and every time I call today it's going to answer phone after 7-8 rings. Not good service will have to contact my credit card company to get this looked into.
