This is usually our preferred coffee shop at Lakeside. Nice calming atmosphere lovely background music generally friendly staff. Keep up the good work.
Cakes are a bit pricey at over £4 for some.

Came here to get some work done and the staff were very friendly and lovely but OMG there was serious fly problem upstairs. So many flies upstairs it actually made my skin crawl. Please call in pest control!!

Stopped here before some shopping in lakeside, it had just opened as was really busy. Staff were very friendly and served quick with a smile as well

Visited this corner cafe after walking through the entire Lakeside mall. Big mistake.
Told them to pack two toasties, takeaway; but they opened it and tried to make it warm. This is despite reminding them it was takeaways and not to do anything to it.
Ordered a Honduras cafe latte, which definitely lacked any semblance to a cafe latte. Wouldn?t recommend it.
The decor is worn down and could do with an urgent overhaul.
Not like the other Cafe Nero outlets I?ve been to.
