With 35 years experience serving customers in store for the same company, there was simply nothing she didn't know, an encyclopedia of knowledge, it was a pleasure to chat with a friendly master at work. Grays site is now closed two days during the working week but the staff do now serve people over the phone on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Today was Susan's first day supporting people over the phone lines, a very smart move. My experience of Nationwide are rather good on the whole, but Susan is in a league of her own.”
