Do not give your disposable camera here for your photos?. I was told when I gave them in it would take 2-3 weeks maximum it?s now been 3 and a half weeks and when I called up I was told they are only just about to be dispatched back as they come back from Germany.
So it will take me a month to get back disposable camera photos (if this is true from what they?ve said and may take longer then a month). which is shocking considering how big of a company boots are?they do not give you the correct wait for the photos alone will definitely not go back to this boots for this reason.

I popped into this establishment today in the beauty department. I wanted to get some lipstick ?? and wanted the right shades to compliment my complexion. So l went over by the Fenty section and was helped by Jac. Well done.

We went to boots on Saturday because my son needed eardrops for his ear and he needed advice on what he needed. And we asked this pharmacist (which was a man) if he could look inside my son?s ear but he was just sitting down on a chair and told us to come back after his lunch break at 5pm. But after his lunch break we went back but he just tried hiding himself behind the walls. He was very rude to us. You shouldn?t give jobs to these kind of people. There are more people who deserve it.

Was in store today trying to find which good girl perfume I liked and a lovely lady named Allison was very helpful and was extremely knowledgeable. She wrote the name of each perfume scent on each paper for me so I would know which one to ask for, for my birthday! Thank you!

i'm a frequent customer at this location and i've never had an issue, but today I go in and the second i do a security member begins to tail me (short, asian, blue vest. could not see any name tag), and when i say the second i do, i truly mean the very moment i stepped foot inside. i'm not dressed or presenting in a manner that may give him reasonable suspicion, and my backpack was strapped up on my back in a way that would give me no access to it to put items inside. and to reiterate, i had JUST stepped foot into the store - no reasonable suspicions could be created at that point.
He follows me all the way to the back of the store as I was purchasing hair care products, and I turn around and he's stood at the other end of the short aisle looking at me, and when i turn to walk back he moves in a way that suggests he didn't want me to see him following me. i ask 'can i help you' and he doesn't respond, looking away like im not there. He followed me all the way to the checkout and stayed there until i had paid. i don't know if he resumed following me as i left because i was greatly uncomfortable and my priority was leaving.
completely turned my experience of the store negative, as i've always found the other staff to be friendly and accommodating. No reasonable suspicion whatsoever

Abi working on Loreal and Jac in make-up were fantastic and so helpful. Was having difficulty shade matching my sis in law's foundation. And they both assisted us over the numerous days we came into the store. They gave advice and recommendations. They definitely went above and beyond and was grateful for the assistance. Thank you!

Wanted to buy an Estee Lauder mascara, knew exactly what I wanted. Could not get anyone to give me the mascara, even though though there were sevaral members of staff around. I just left with no purchase in the end.

Ignored and kept waiting by the assistant on the estee launder counter for 15 minutes even though she clearly saw us. She may have been with another customer but didn?t even bother to ask a colleague to come to us. When she had finished with the customer we were still ignored. When I asked for help she seemed like she couldn?t be bothered. Eventually she got another kind and helpful assistant came and helped us (a younger lady) she was very helpful and knew the products. Usually we have a very positive experience as we have been coming to boots lakeside for many years. We feel very angry about the way we were treated.
