Decent product, Disastrous Service
Ordered two beds and mattresses in May. 5 days prior to the delivery (on a Sunday) they contacted us to make the complete payment, a call we missed. When we called back the next morning, AFTER making the complete payment, they informed us that they had reallotted our purchases to another buyer and we could either wait a month for the new stock to arrive or cancel the order and lose some 600 pounds on that same that was non-refundable. Literally held hostage. We had no choice but to wait it out. A month later when the beds arrived, one was missing a part. Its been 3 weeks since and we are still waiting for a technician to come fix it. Customer service is Appalling, an absolute disaster.

Everything went ok in the store first went to another well known bed shop at Thurrock but the salesman followed me everywhere all over me like a rash got outta there and Into Benson's so much better and picked a bed out asked the salesman a few questions then bought the bed

Fantastic customer service. I got a call, text and emails informing about my delivery. Both couriers are friendly and offered to bring my delivery to our chosen room.

I went in to research what type of mattresses I wanted for my new home. I did not expect to come out of the store with a purchase. Raj was knowledgeable and informative to all types of mattresses and knew all the details. He wasn?t the typical sales guys. He was patient with me and my partner. Came out of the store with 2 mattresses!
