Just wanted to say a big thank you to LYNN. She went above and beyond to help me yesterday when I had to purchase a Jerry can as my car ran out of petrol. She then took her lunch break to help me with my car. Very much appreciate all your help. There are some special people out there and LYNN is one of them.

I visited West Thurrock B&Q specifically to buy coconut coir, but there was none there it is only available to purchase online for home delivery. This is apparently common on many B&Q products, so check online before visiting. Overall, though, it's a great store.

Great store easily navigable,download the app and search for stock and aisle no. Before you go,as sometimes it's quicker than finding a staff member.

Came looking for a plastic moulding, after failing to find it, I went customer services.
The colleague maning the desk then call another colleague, they both agread they couldn't remember where it was, so they then sent me to the trade desk, advising me "they will know where it is" the trade desk said "we seen it , but can't remember where" try around isle 41/42 I spoke to another colleague in this area who's comment was "I don't think we do that"
Back to the trade counter who advised me to try Selco, should have gone there in the first place.
