Absolutely horrible if I could give a zero I would this shop doesn?t even deserve one star. The staff is extremely rude, and disrespectful made me feel uncomfortable the whole time, everyone is extremely unprofessional never going back and don?t recommend, hope this shop shuts down.

During my treatment gel nails (30min. ?) the manicurist spoke her language to her colleagues. That is not professional and after 3-th days my gel start to peel, I never will be back and not recommend!

The manager of this place is rude. He is rude to customers....First time I saw him being rude to a customer was when the girl got over charged on her card and she said it was more then the amount stated. He was aggressive and threatening. Then on my 8th visit he did the same to me over £2. I will never visit a place like this again. The women who work there are so frightened of the owner honestly a bully like this should not be allowed to work.

Had my 1st chest and stomach wax today, as painful as it was due to me being so hairy it was a great experience. Adorn Beauty staff Sapna done a really great job and was very helpful with any questions I had. She made my experience better than anticipated. Thank you and I will be coming back here for my 2nd wax hoping it won't be as painful lol. Definitely recommend.
