Hi I'm Maria head Baker and designer at Maria Summers Cake Design a local independent cake and coffee shop in Coggeshall I focus on taste as well as design only using the finest locally sourced products. All of our curds and jams that go into our cakes are made by myself. My creations include wedding cakes, celebration cakes, cupcakes, fondant iced biscuits and just about every other sweet treat you can imagine.
