Ordered two bulk bags, paid slightly more than other places as they assured me (in writing) that two of their bags would fill the 1.6m3 area I needed. It didn't! It was half a cubic metre short.
Politely gave him every opportunity to rectify this, but unfortunately I was met with rudeness, unprofessionalism, and told I would have to pay another £90. Awful customer service, won't use again!

Great service from Steve. Quick response to my initial phone call. Very reasonable quote and delivered on time.
Excellent quality premium turf which kept well for 48 hours until my landscape crew could lay it.
50/50 topsoil raked as a bed for the new turf and the remainder to top off my planters (which I will mix with suitable compost for the plants).
I highly recommend to any home owners or businesses.

I ordered from Steve for some topsoil and eventually some turf.
wicked service, really quick delivery (topsoil was delivered within 2 hours of my initial call)
The turf is lovely and thick.
I am very happy and my garden is now almost complete.

Ordered top dressing for overseeding. This should be a mix of 70/30 sand soil and graded to 4mm. This stuff that got delivered had stones up to 20mm in it and a fair few bits of broken glass.

Fantastic service from Stigs Grabs...contacted them last minute at 4.30pm not expecting to get any joy and they couldn't have been more helpful and accomodating. Turned up and cleared all rubbish away fr me at 7.45am the next day. Driver was great..Couldn't have been any better. Was very much appreciated ?
